AIM Recycling Tyler Yard June Giveaway — Terms and Conditions


1. Eligibility
 This promotion is open to individual retail (public) customers of AIM Recycling Tyler Yard, age 18 or older. Commercial and industrial accounts are not eligible. Employees of AIM Recycling and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.


2. Entry Period
 The giveaway runs from Monday, June 2, 2025, through Sunday, June 29, 2025. The prize drawing will take place on Monday, June 30, 2025.


3. How to Enter
 To receive a raffle ticket, customers must meet one of the following volume thresholds during a single business day:

  • Bring in at least 1,000 lbs of ferrous material, or
  • Bring in at least 20 lbs of non-ferrous material

Each qualifying threshold met = one (1) raffle ticket.
 Multiple tickets can be earned per day by reaching the threshold more than once.
Daily totals reset at close of business; volumes do not carry over.


4. Prize
 One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize. The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds depend on number of entries received.


5. Notification and Claiming Prize
 Winner will be notified via the phone number written on the submitted raffle ticket. Winner must respond and claim the prize within 24 hours of notification. If not claimed, a new winner will be selected.


6. No Purchase Necessary
 No entry fee or purchase required beyond the scrap material delivered to meet entry qualifications.


7. Limitation of Liability
 AIM Recycling is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, or incomplete entries. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless AIM Recycling and its affiliates from any claim or cause of action related to participation or prize redemption.


8. Consent to Publicity
 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow AIM Recycling to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation.


9. Sponsor

10. Changes or Termination
 AIM Recycling reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason.
